Balcony Bar – Erskine St, Sydney

I love that Sydney is embracing the small bar culture and there just happen to be three within a stones throw of my work with more popping up each month!

The atmosphere at Balcony Bar is relaxed and unpretentious, definitely a change from the bigger bars in the area that thrive on their pretentious clientele and (for want of a more ladylike word) wanky vibes.

This blog is short and sweet (much like Balcony Bar) and purely to let you know to eat the Balmain Bug and Prawn Gnocchi if you go there. It’s amazing!

A very beige looking dish upon arrival, this dish taught me never to be too judgemental as its all about the flavour. This little guy is packed with it and is right up there with one of the best dishes I have had in a very long time!

Go. Eat. Enjoy!
